As Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), Faculty of Pharmacy we are so proud to announce that Chinelo Adaobi Uddoh (B.PHARM), Ammar Safwa (B.PHARM), and Mohammad Vahid Khezerzadeh (PHARM.D.) had their pharmacy degree programs approved in Canada. This step is just the beginning and will allow their registration and licensure to practice as pharmacists in Canada. It also shows that their courses (both B.PHARM and PHARM.D. curriculum) which were conducted at EMU Faculty of Pharmacy are fully accepted in Canada.
After this step, they gained the right to enter the pharmacist qualifying examination by the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC). Miss Uddoh has already passed her pharmacist qualifying examination with great success achieving a score within the top 25% of all attendees who passed.
This achievement is based on the fact of hard work of both of our students. We congratulate them both and wish them many more great achievements!
