Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Presented its 2024 Academic Achievement Awards

At a ceremony held in the Mustafa Ersoy Afşin Hall of Eastern Mediterranean University, attended by the Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu, academics who demonstrated success were awarded prizes in four categories.

Accordingly, awards were given to academics who ranked in the top two percent of the world in the evaluation conducted by Stanford University, while in 2024, awards for citations to scientific publications, faculty achievement awards, and research incentive awards were also presented.

At the academic award ceremony for the 2024 academic year, the following fulltime academic staff members from  faculty of Pharmacy received awards: Prof. Dr. Hayrettin Ozan Gülcan, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at EMU (Researcher Incentive Award and Citation Award), Prof. Dr. Müberra Koşar (Researcher Incentive Award), Dr. Eda Becer (Researcher Incentive Award and Publication Achievement Plaque Award), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emine Dilek Özyılmaz (Researcher Incentive Award and Citation Award), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emine Vildan Burgaz (Researcher Incentive Award), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jale Yüzügülen, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy (Citation Award), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Leyla Beba Pojarani (Researcher Incentive Award), and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tuğba Erçetin received the Researcher Incentive Award.
