2021-22 Fall Semester: Visiting the faculty

Dear faculty of pharmacy students,

You must have your Adapass forms ready before coming to the classes. In addition, you need to upload your "vaccination status" information to Student Portal.  If you are fully vaccinated, you must upload the vaccination documents to the student portal as proof.

Students who cannot prove that they are fully vaccinated will be considered as unvaccinated and from these students a negative PCR/antigen testing will be required within 72 hours from the date of sample analysis.

Therefore, students coming to the campus will be required to present their Adapass card showing that they are fully vaccinated or, if they are not fully vaccinated, a negative PCR/antigen test results obtained within the last 72 hours of sample analysis will be required to enter indoors.
