2019-2020 FALL SEMESTER OATH TAKING CEREMONY

Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Faculty of Pharmacy organized an Oath Ceremony for its graduates prior to the 2019-2020 Academic Year Fall Semester Graduation Ceremony.

Graduates took their first steps to the profession with the Oath Ceremony held at Rauf Raif Denktaş Culture and Congress Center on Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at 11:30.

62 new graduate pharmacists, who swore to serve humanity and support the ideals and commitments of their professions, vowed that they will respect their teachers who have contributed to their upbringing throughout their lives and will not act in a way contrary to their professional vows.
                   

                                 

Speaking at the opening of the Oath, which started after the Respect and the National Anthem, Vice Rector for EMU Promotion Affairs Dr. Hıfsiye Pulhan started his speech by congratulating the new graduates of EMU Faculty of Pharmacy and wished success in their future lives. Professor Dr. Pulhan emphasized that EMU graduates are spread all over the world and the number of graduates exceeds 60 thousand.

                 

In his speech, EMU Faculty of Pharmacy Vice Dean Asst. Assoc. Dr. Mehmet İlktaç said that EMU Faculty of Pharmacy has grown steadily and that they have reached 433 graduates within this academic period.

Asst. Assoc. Dr. İlktaç emphasized that graduating is an indication for a faculty to stand on its own feet. Asst. Assoc. Dr. İlktaç stated that EMU Faculty of Pharmacy graduates will work all over the world and carry the name of EMU even higher.

Asst. Assoc. Dr. İlktaç ended his speech by congratulating all of the graduates and their families, and wishing them success in their professional lives.
