* If students plan to carry out their traineeships, they have to pass the Physiology - 1(MDCN245) course.
* Deadline of the submissions will be announced at the start of each academic year. Do not forget to check the announcement board for updated information.
*All students must submit REQUIRED DOCUMENTS to start their traineeship as listed below:
(1) A mandatory form: Compulsory Internship Form, which must be filled and submitted with the OFFICIAL STAMP & SIGNATURE from the community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy or industrial company.
- 1 ORIGINAL and 2 COPIES of all the forms must be submitted:

(2) Students are required to pay 15 TL per working day to KOOPBANK for each traineeship, seperately.
- 1 ORIGINAL and 2 COPIES of the receipt must be submitted.
(3) Students must submit 3 COPIES of the PASSPORT or NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD.
(4) ONLY TR STUDENTS - Additionally, students who are from TURKEY, must submit 'MUSTEHAKLIK BELGESI' in addition to all other documents.
