Another Important Representation from EMU Faculty of Pharmacy

Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Faculty of Pharmacy Lecturers Prof. Dr. Müberra Koşar, Assist. Prof. Dr. Tuğba Erçetin, Dr. Beste Atlı anD Dr. Ezgi Ak Sakallı represented EMU at the 25th Herbal Pharmaceutical Raw Materials Meeting (BİHAT) held at the Concorde Tower Hotel in Nicosia. At the meeting, Dr. Beste Atlı was awarded the “Best Oral Presentation" award with her paper titled “Phytochemical Analysis and Determination of Antidiabetic Activities of Some Centaurea Species Growing in Turkiye and Northern Cyprus".

Prof. Dr. Müberra Koşar, who attended the meeting as an invited speaker and chaired the session, made a presentation titled “Research on Some North Cyprus Plants: 2016-2024" at the meeting. In addition, Dr. Ezgi Ak Sakallı contributed to the meeting with her oral presentation titled “Formation, Characterization and Evaluation of Antibacterial Effects of Eucalyptus Essential Oil Nano Emulsions", while Assist. Prof. Dr. Tuğba Erçetin contributed to the meeting with her presentation titled “Evaluation of Anticholinesterase Activity of Scutelleria sibthropii (Benth.) Halácsy".
