EMU International Pharmaceutical Sciences Congress

The congress, organized with both online and face-to-face presentations, provided an effective scientific sharing environment at an international level for students and academics, in addition to supporting scientific and professional development. 

Scientists and researchers from many countries, including Switzerland, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Burundi, Cameroon, the Turkish Republic of North Cyprus, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Morocco, Namibia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Sudan, Thailand, Tunisia, Türkiye, Uganda, and Zimbabwe, attended the congress. This broad participation gave the congress an international perspective, and the participants had the opportunity to follow current scientific studies from different countries. 

During the congress, chaired by EMU Faculty of Pharmacy Dean Prof. Dr. H. Ozan Gülcan, over 100 presentations were made by expert scientists in three separate halls throughout the day. Bringing together many scientists from the health field as well as basic pharmacy disciplines such as Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Technology, the event created an important scientific meeting ground.
